1. The schedule from
entrance to the apartments will be from 13 hours, except
July and August that will be from 5pm to 7pm. In case of
entrance previously accepted in festive or Sundays, the
schedule will be from 12 hours.

The schedule to leave the apartment
will be from 10 am of the agreed departure date. In opposite case, and from the 12 h of the day of exit If this
is not accomplished, payment will be increased with the
double of the agreed payment per extra day, if there was
any. You won’t be able to continue occupying the apartment
after end the date of this contract.
3.
Keys are delivered at the office
at the Ancora building, 165 Maritime Boulevard at Segur
de Calafell. (in front of the sport port of Segur de Calafell)

In case of arriving outside the
labour schedule to collect the keys, the renter will have
to pay the amount of 50 €. Reserving the property the admission
right depending the time of arrival

If the last day, the state of the
apartment will be dirty as much to need an excepcional cleaninf,
the renter must to pay the amount of 60 €. That they will
be deduce of de deposit or in case that this will be eshausted
the renter must to complete.
6.
When keys are delivered, the customer
must pay a deposit of 100 €, which will be returned by transfer,
before 15 days until the departure date if any damages have
occurred and all the inventory is correct, having verified
the state of the apartment previously. The damages will
be deduced to the deposit and the tenant, as responsible,
would pay the difference if the deposit is lower than the
damages occurred.
7. Electricity, water and butane expenses
are included in the rent price. Excluding rents of greater duration, the guarantee to deposit was increased: 300 € for a period equal or superior to 2 months, thus to a period equal or superior to 2 months, as well as 700 € for a period equal or superior to 4 months. We will back the caution during the 15 following days to the date of exit, previous revision of the apartment and the corresponding provisions.
8. In the event of rent for periods
of three months or longer, electricity, water and butane
expenses will be charged to the tenant.
9.
Apartments are rented without bed
clothes. If the costumer wishes, Unió Promotora Catalana
can offer for rent, with direct payment at the reception
Bed clothes: 10 € / person and week.
10.
All our apartments have refrigerator
cook stove, oven, tableware, cutlery and pots and pans.
It is available to take your own small electrical appliances.
Remember that they do not have television. In case the client wished it, it is possible to be offered to him of optional and independent form, with direct payment in reception, a television with control, at the cost of 45 € / week (subject to availability)
11. Payment: 40% while making the reservation,
the rest 15 before the day you arrive, by transfer to the
account number, or eventually if it is not possible in the
office when the keys are delivered.
12. After 24 hours of the entrance
date, and if the customer has not collected the keys and
pay the totality of the rent price, the customer will lose
his rights regarding the rented apartment, without possibility
of complaint.
13.
An indispensable requirement is
to show the receipt upon arrival, as proof of the reservation.
14.
In case of rents equal or superior
to two months, the consumptions of light, water and gas
will be in charge of the renter.
15.
The tenant must allow the entrance
of the company or person the company appoints to verify
the state and use of the apartment.
16.
If the customer wishes to leave
the apartment out of the office hours above indicated, Unió
Promotora Catalana reserves the right to return the deposit
by money order or bank draft, having previously inspected
the apartment (the cost of the sending will be charged to
the customer)
17. The renter commits itself to respect the norms of the community of the building and not to make injurious, annoying or not civic activities for the neighbords. No animals accepted.
18.
Unió Promotora Catalana
could unauthorized the access to the apartment for serious
circumstances, for example: persons’ number higher than
the indicated, wrong identity of the tenant or not civic
behaviour.
19.
This is a touristy apartments contract,
this excluded from the Law of Urban Rentings (L.A.U), being
applicable the tourist norm in Catalonia.
20. In I compliment with which it prevents Statutory law 15/1999, into 13 of December, the Protection of Personal Datal (LPD), we informed that, by means of the reserve process, their personal data will be built-in in the files of the company to aim effect to offer our services to them.
