Unió Promotora Catalana offers different types of complementary and accumulative discounts for reservations of touristic apartments rentals in 2008, which are detailed below:

DISCOUNTS FOR LONGER STAYS

Unió Promotora Catalana applies in the reservation a series of accumulative and increasing discounts, on the initial tariff, depending on the duration of the rentals.

DISCOUNTS FOR REPEAT CUSTOMERS

Unió Promotora Catalana offers an additional discount of  5 % to its repeat customers*:

This discount is applied independently of the period and duration of the rental.
(*) Those clients who have realized at least 1 previous reservation with Unió Promotora Catalana 

DISCOUNTS FOR EARLY RESERVATIONS

Unió Promotora Catalana offers an additional applicable discount of  5 % in all those reservations that are confirmed (¹) before March 10, of each year. In addition, a participation in a drawing (²) for a weekend in a beach front apartment of Unió Promotora Catalana + 4 tickets for Universal Port Aventura.

¹ Easter reservations are excluded.
² The drawing will coincide with that of the ONCE that it will be celebrated on March 12. The winners will be those which the number of his reservation coincides with the last 2 digits of the number rewarded in the above mentioned drawing.
Period excluded to enjoy the winning stay: july and august.
The definitive dates of the winning stay are subject to availability at all times.

SUPPLEMENTS SHORTER STAYS

For stays of less than 4 nights, there will be applied a supplement of 25 % on the tariff. Equally, in turn that for stays between 4 and 6 nights the mentioned supplement will be reduced to 20 %
