CLAUSES OF RENTAL OF TOURIST APARTMENT

1. The schedule from entrance to the apartments will be from 13 hours, except July and August that will be from 5pm to 7pm. In case of entrance previously accepted in festive or Sundays, the schedule will be from 12 hours.
2. The schedule to leave the apartment will be from 10 am of the agreed departure date. In opposite case, and from the 12 h of the day of exit If this is not accomplished, payment will be increased with the double of the agreed payment per extra day, if there was any. You won’t be able to continue occupying the apartment after the date of this contract.
3. Keys are delivered at the office at the Ancora building, 165 Maritime Boulevard at Segur de Calafell. (in front of the sport port of Segur de Calafell)
4. In case of arriving outside the working hours to collect the keys, the renter will have to pay the amount of 50 €, reserving the property the right to admission depending ton he time of arrival
5. An indispensable requirement is to show the receipt and also these general rent conditions upon arrival, as proof of the reservation.
6. When keys are delivered, the customer must pay a deposit of 100 €, which will be returned by transfer, no more tha 15 days after the departure if any damages have occurred and all the inventory is correct, having verified the state of the apartment previously. The damages will be deduced to the deposit and the tenant, as responsible, would pay the difference if the deposit is lower than the damages occurred.
7. If the customer wishes to leave the apartment out of the office hours above indicated, Unió Promotora Catalana reserves the right to return the deposit by money order or bank draft, having previously inspected the apartment (the cost of the sending will be charged to the customer)
8. If the last day, the state of the apartment is so dirty as to need an excepcional cleaning, the renter must to pay the amount of 60 €, that will be deduced from the deposit. in case his is insufficient, the costumer must pay the remaining costs.
9. After 24 hours of the entrance date, and if the customer has not collected the keys and paid the totality of the rental price, the customer will lose his rights regarding the rented apartment, without possibility of complaint.
10. The price of the rental includes the taxes, rates, final cleanningand electricity, water and butane expenses (*). The price of the rent do not include the obligatory deposit nor extra services.
11. All our apartments have refrigerator cook stove, oven, microwave, tableware, cutlery and pots and pans. It is recommended to take your own small electrical appliances. Remember that they do not have television. In case the client wishes, it is possible to be offered to him, with direct payment in reception, a television with remote control, at the cost of 45 € / 1th week , 30 € / 2nd week and 15 € 3th and successive weeks (subject to availability).
12. Payment: 40% while making the reservation, the rest 15 days before you arrive, by transfer to the account number, or eventually if it is not possible in the office when the keys are delivered.
13. Apartments are rented without bed clothes. If the costumer wishes, Unió Promotora Catalana can offer for rent, with direct payment on the reception(Not admitten neither checks nor credits card). Bed clothes: 10 € / person and week.
14. The renter commits itself to respect the norms of the community of the building and not to perform injurious, annoying or not civic activities for the neighbors.
15. The tenant must allow the entrance of the company or person the company appoints to verify the state and use of the apartment.
16. Unió Promotora Catalana could unauthorized the access to the apartment for serious circumstances, for example: persons’ number higher than the indicated, wrong identity of the tenant or not civic behaviour.
17. No animals accepted.
18. This is a tourist apartments contract, this excluded from the Law of Urban Rentings (L.A.U), being applicable the tourist norm in Catalonia.
19. In I compliance with the Statutory law 15/1999, of 13 of December, the Protection of Personal Datal (LPD), we informed that, by means of the reservation process,  personal data  will be incorporated in the database of the company to offer improved services. 

ADDITIONAL CLAUSES FOR RENTAL OF TOURIST APARTMENTS EQUAL OR SUPERIOR TO 2 MONTHS *

1. The guarantee to deposit is increased: 300 € for a period equal or superior to 2 months, as well as 700 € for a period equal or superior to 4 months. We will back no more than 15 days after de departue, previous revision of the apartment and the corresponding provisions.
2. Electricity, water and butane expenses will be charged to the tenant.
