 GENERAL CONDITIONS
- It is indispensable presentation of the receipt of these clauses signed customer arrival / a, as evidence of the reserve.
- The client have to pay a deposit of 100 € in cash, the delivery of the keys at the reception, which is liable for any defect it may cause during your stay. The cost of these will be deducted from the deposit and if you exceed this, the client / to be supplemented.
- The security referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be returned upon departure in the absence of damage and no missing items or items in the apartment at the time of entry, according to the condition of the apartment. In the case of detection of any anomaly or if the client / to have to leave the apartment out of hours, the property reserves the right to return the deposit via bank transfer, with shipping costs charged to the llogater / a-in within one month from the date of departure.
- Not to occupy the tenant / property for within 24 hours, without prior notification will forfeit all rights to the apartment and the amounts paid on account, without the possibility of subsequent appeal.
- If unable to occupy the apartment allotted, will be delivered to the lessee / to another apartment of similar characteristics.
- The departure time is at 10am on the last day of the lease. Otherwise, and from 12 o'clock the day of departure, the property should be paid by way of damages, double the daily income resulting from the agreed rental. Under no circumstances will remain at the tenant / apartment after the date of expiry of this contract. If you leave off the clock, the customer must prior notice, in such cases, the property reserves the right to a refund of the deposit by bank transfer payable by the customer within a maximum period of one month, after deducting the faults or damage the apartment.
- If the exit, the condition of the apartment was dirty to warrant an exceptional cleanliness, the lessee / to be paid the amount of 60 €, which may be deducted from the deposit or be completed, if that were exhausted.
- The minimum stay is 3 nights in low and half season. During July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights. In all these cases, for reservations less than 7 nights reservation, the customer must pay a supplement of 50 € for cleaning.
- The rental price includes taxes, cleaning and water consumption, electricity and gas (*). It is included in the rental price for compulsory security and extra services.
- The apartments are equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cookware and coffee maker (we suggest the tenant / a that takes all the small appliances). The apartments are equipped with TV.
- The apartments are rented home without clothes. If the client wishes, you may be offered as an option and independent, with direct payment at reception, linen at a price of 10 € / bed. (pay only for recruitment)
- Payment of 40% to confirm the booking, the remaining 15 days before the date of entry, by bank or, eventually, if not possible, hang own office at the time of handing over the keys to the company (via POS-credit-card or in EFET)
- The payments may be received in cash and credit card (no checks accepted), except that bail may be paid in cash only.
- The tenant / as'obliga to respect the rules of the community property is no longer harmful activities, or anti-social nuisance in the neighborhood.
- No pets allowed.
- The tenant / to facilitate the passage and review of the apartment to property or persons designated by them to check the status of conservation and use.

ADDITIONAL TERMS OF TOURIST APARTMENTS FOR RENT EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 2 MONTHS *
- The security deposit will be increased to 300 € for a period not less than 2 months and 700 € for a period not less than 4 months old. The return of the same shall be made within 15 days following the date of departure, after review of the apartment and supplies.
- The consumption of water, electricity and gas will be borne by the tenant.
 CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
- Key Collection: ÀNCORA Office Building located on the Paseo Maritimo 165, low, Segur de Calafell (opposite Marina de Segur).
- On Monday, the office is closed.
- The time of entry to the apartments is 17 to 19h, Saturdays and eve of public holidays (with extra payment of € 30, from 19h to 20h-notice requirement as the client, by phone, fax or e-mail to coordinate entry, from 10h to 13h, the remaining days of the week ".
In case of arrival outside business hours for key collection, the lessee / to be paid the amount of 30 €, as a penalty, while reserving the right property for admission according to the time of arrival.
